Expansion joint profiles

We offer profiles for expansion joints in floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as in subfloors where low-speed mechanical vehicles will travel. These profiles are also designed for areas where forklifts, low-lift trucks, and in some cases even heavy transport vehicles will operate. Our offer also includes profiles for expansion joints in flat roof constructions and terraces.

Expansion profiles are made of aluminum, stainless steel, brass, or elastomers. Most often, these are composite products made of different materials, e.g., aluminum sections connected by a flexible synthetic rubber insert. The choice of the appropriate profile is made considering the following criteria:

• • Operational and static loads;
  • Width of the expansion joint;
  • Type of floor, wall, or ceiling covering;
  • Profile installation depth in the floor, wall, or ceiling structure in case of installation before flooring or wall cladding works;
  • Hygienic requirements;
  • Special profiles for hospitals, premises related to food, or chemical agents.
