Non-standard formwork

Unique architectural designs require the application of special solutions. For this reason, our offer also includes custom formwork. We design and then manufacture it according to individual requirements. We provide prefabricated formwork molds, as well as the BudoEKO beam system and the BudoTECH bracket system. These applications enable the realization of projects distinguished by complex geometries. Furthermore, they provide workers with the necessary safety, speed, and assembly precision, which in turn reduces construction costs.

If you require formwork for a specialized application, you can commission us to produce custom formwork or opt for rental and benefit from the high quality of our products.

Our range of formwork for non-standard structures

Our range includes specialist formwork designed for non-standard engineering projects. These solutions are tailored to complex construction projects that require a bespoke approach to formwork.

Custom-made formwork for complex projects

szalunki_nietypowe_

Custom-designed reinforced concrete formwork forms the basis of many non-standard construction projects.

We offer the option of producing bespoke formwork, either based on documentation provided by the client or on our own technical designs.

In both cases, the process begins with an analysis of structural and technical requirements, with the aim of selecting the optimal solution.

What is the process for designing non-standard formwork?

Non-standard formwork is designed on the basis of a detailed analysis of loads, the shapes of reinforced concrete structures and the parameters of the concreting process. Our range includes prefabricated formwork panels, the BudoEKO girder system and the BudoTECH cantilever system.

The design of non-standard formwork involves the preparation of workshop drawings, structural calculations and assembly trials. All components are manufactured taking into account the anticipated concrete pressure forces, anchoring options and the available lifting equipment. In the case of curved, arched or decorative elements, the selection of the appropriate formwork material and the protection of the surface in contact with the concrete are of particular importance.

Formwork for non-standard geometries – applications

Unusual geometries in reinforced concrete structures present a challenge both in terms of design and construction. Carefully selected formwork systems make it possible to achieve more complex shapes. The most common examples of the use of specialised formwork include, amongst others, structures with curved surfaces such as arches, domes, cones and other three-dimensional elements with variable geometry.

Specialist formwork can also be used in the construction of underground tanks, service ducts, tunnels, underpasses, culverts and other enclosed infrastructure structures.

The BudoFX system is widely used to create forms with decorative elements, such as reliefs and perforations, which require specialised solutions in terms of both formwork construction and the final finishing of the concrete surface. Our models are also used in the construction of public spaces, street furniture, shopping centres, façades and visual architecture projects. Furthermore, they can also be used in industry and infrastructure projects.
