Precision cutting of elements from plywood, wood, wood-derived materials and plastics. We have two milling plotters with a working table size of 2.00×4.0m.

We offer, among other things:

plywood sheets for formwork panels of various systems (Rasto, Rihno, Bautek, etc.)
XPS elements such as, among others: fixing rings for drains and trenches of bridge drainage systems, installation trays, untypical shaped boxes for installations in reinforced concrete wall
wood log yoke planks for shaping formwork panels of unusual shapes to form elliptical, conical, parabolic walls/ceilings, etc.
engraving inscriptions in plywood as decorative/informational elements in molded reinforced concrete elements such as the address of the investment, the name of the locality, the date of construction, company logos, etc.

First assembly of formwork forms

Installation of large-format panels in girder formwork systems such as FF20, F50, Huennebeck H20, GRV, VarioDeck, BudoEKO, ceiling tables, etc. In this regard, we cooperate with leading suppliers of formwork systems such as: Huennebeck or Doka.

Reconditioning of formwork panels

The refurbishment of formwork panels is a process that involves restoring them to a usable condition following intensive use. Formwork panels, often made of wood or composite materials, can suffer mechanical damage, scratches or wear and tear after repeated use. Refurbishment helps to extend their service life and reduce the costs associated with purchasing new components.

Scope of work carried out:

removal of plywood,
straightening of the frame,
cleaning and welding of the frame,
replacement and fitting of plywood,
edging of the panels.

Formwork cleaning and refurbishment service

We have specialist continuous-cleaning equipment that enables thorough cleaning of formwork components, props and various small scaffolding parts.

To ensure the formwork has a long service life, a regular cleaning routine must be maintained. With proper care, formwork can be reused many times, which translates into greater savings.

Carpentry services

We have a well-equipped carpentry shop with a fleet of machines and an experienced staff that enables us to carry out various woodworking projects for the construction industry. Beginning with small elements like alder wood triangle bevelling strip for architectural concretes with unusual cross-sections, through wood wedges when forming large-scale radial structures using standard frame formwork systems, and ending with so-called “stork” truss elements for forming bridges.

We offer the possibility of printing conceptual models, architectural mock-ups, sample models, etc. on individual request of our customers.
