BudoTECH

BudoTECH is a system based on steel beams with paired 2xC100 channels and additional elements to create spatial frame structures. It is often used in bridge structures to support cantilevered elements of the superstructure. It can be used in conjunction with other floor and wall systems to extend its use. The system can be used to create temporary support trestles for single-sided formwork or as support platforms for bridge abutments. They can be used to reinforce formwork corners of large elements. Additional elements allow beams to be connected in an articulated and perpendicular manner. They are used with vertical supports RSK Titan.

SYSTEM PARAMETERS

Sizes: Length of transoms: 96, 121, 146, 171, 196, 221, 246 cm
Length of supports: od 50 do 600 cm
Connectors: tensioners, wedges, bearing mountings, straight and angle connectors, universal hooks, scaffolding adapters
Pivots: Ø16
Bolts: M16

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

  • cost-effective construction of buildings using a small number of system components
  • components designed to carry small and medium loads
  • can be combined with other systems, e.g. H20 beams, ceiling supports
  • transoms of different lengths
  • adapters and connectors to adapt the system to the required geometry of the object
  • all components are made of hot-dip galvanised steel
