Budosprzęt supplied the new MaxiFORM heavy-duty formwork system, which was successfully used in the construction of the retaining wall at the LIDL discount store in Katowice. The system was designed with a focus on high work efficiency, durability and maximum functionality on the construction site.

Technical specifications:

• permissible concrete mix pressure: 80 kN/m²
• compatible tie rods: DW15 and DW20
• formwork facing: 21 mm birch plywood coated with 240 g/m² film
• frame thickness: 12 cm

Thanks to the MaxiFORM wedge lock, which connects the face panels and allows for the use of a compensation insert of up to 10 cm, the system enables quick and secure joining of components, significantly speeding up the assembly and dismantling of the formwork. Well-thought-out design solutions allow for intuitive reconfiguration of the system directly on site, which translates into time savings and reduced labour costs. An additional advantage is its compatibility with systems available on the market, which increases its versatility and facilitates integration with existing solutions.
