Construction of the first phase of the district road in Kaniów, where the key element was a three-span bridge over the River Biała, 72 metres in length. During the technical design phase, we focused on maximising efficiency.

Abutments: a solid foundation based on the MidiFORM wall formwork system.

Intermediate supports (pillars) with circular bases: here we adopted a non-standard approach. Instead of traditional methods, we created rectangular column formworks based on the MidiFORM system with customised carpentry formwork. For this, we used circular templates cut on our CNC plotter, which replicated the column’s geometry (diameter ranging from 120 cm at the base to 160 cm at the top).

Support for the ‘T’ beams and foundation for the cap beams: for the support, we used SMP8 system supports and girders, as well as the BudoTECH system. Thanks to this solution, we distributed the point load of the support transferred to the ground, which reduced the costs of the foundation and enabled the manual assembly and dismantling of the towers.
