Refurbishment and extension of the former children’s hospital complex in Poznań.

Scope: fabrication of custom formwork for spiral staircases across three storeys.
System: custom formwork comprising plywood rings made up of 10 segments for manual assembly and dismantling.

Implementation: after analysing the documentation, it transpired that the geometry of the staircases differed across all three storeys. We produced drawings (which were approved by the architectural practice) in which we standardised the staircase geometry so that it could be applied to the subsequent storeys.
