We are currently carrying out the construction of a new bridge structure along Provincial Road 383 in the town of Jugowice.

💡 The execution of this structure is unusual due to a very complex load-bearing slab, designed in the form of “triangles” with different elevation levels. Our task was to “smooth out the triangles” so that rectangular formwork plywood sheets could be used.

This optimization will reduce expenditures on labor and facing plywood. As a final result, a 3D formwork design was created, which allowed us to precisely prepare properly numbered trapezoidal wedges (each one different) shaping the load-bearing structure at our prefabrication plant and deliver them to the construction site.✅

This project aims to improve the region’s transport infrastructure, while increasing travel safety and comfort.
