We present a designed mould for multiple castings of resin concrete pipes with the following parameters:
✅ height: 1.0 m,
✅ diameter: 1.20 m,
✅ wall thickness: 0.05 m.

The mould was manufactured in such a way that it can be quickly stripped (after 40 minutes) due to resin shrinkage.

In the lower part, cam positioning elements were designed to align the mould, and on the walls in the middle section two wedges were added to facilitate stripping of the cast component.

The mould was secured against lifting using DW15 tie rods anchored to the table we manufactured.
